Sunday: First day in South Carolina. In the morning we walked around Falls on the Reedy park and saw the waterfall in downtown Greenville. It seemed like there were a lot of shops and restaurants around the downtown and west end that just werent open yet on a Sunday morning. But many things were decorated for christmas and it was kind of nice seeing everything so tranquil. In the afternoon Copper Read on...
My tour of the Alhambra had a rough start. A stomach upset from the shrimps I thoroughly enjoyed for lunch on my last day in Morocco kept me close to the hotel for a whole day. That or something else morphed into a terrible cold overnight, when the temperature in the hotel room was far below tropical paradise levels. Feeling cheated of a portion of my holiday, I stole a toilet roll from the bathro Read on...
Shea and I met our shuttle this morning at 8:00am in the hotel lobby. There was nobody around from our tour so I guess our goodbyes from last night was the last time we would see anyone. It was an uneventful ride to the airport and after checking in for our flight to Bangkok aboard Thai Airways, we had some time to kill and wander the airport looking for some last minute souvenirs.
