BIG day yesterday where I didnt stop driving until it was cooler. For a week the plan had been simple. Christmas in Perth and then point the Getz towards the South Coast Highway. I am here! Today I will go to Albany as it is even cooler and it will still be hot here today. in to town for dinner last night after finding the Crystal Springs Campsite which is just west of here. Its a great campsite but of course thje crowds are down this way at the moment which makes things interesting. It was very busy last night but I will definitely keep it in mind as an excellent option. I had dinner at a bar and bistro in town which is exceptional. It was only that and the pub that were open. I think I made the right choice! The camp was lovely despite how busy it was. The bush was lovely as well and I certainly noticed a lot of animals on the highway as I drove back last night. Its important to keep your speed down.
