Von D. Johnson State Park, (previously called John U Loyd state park). Wild beaches, that stretches for a few kilometers. Nice place to look for shells. I actually found a big conch shell there at low tide. Many joggers actually go there and pick up shells as well, (to sell in stores???). There are places for boat access. Near of this, theres a dock where I fished and caught many small fishes. Saw parrot fish near the corals. Very recommended!!
gardens: Butterfly houses with gardens and light music. Relaxing and beautiful. Its quite small though.
fishing. I went for about 25$ fishing for 3 hours. Boat contained 35 persons, and took half the time to move. Bring your own gear as mine was crappy. Many lines got entangled...With bit more budget, you could go for a better trip and less people.
in forests and mangroves. Very well maintained. I went fishing there. Caught some catfish and puffer. Puffers inflate themselves making a pump sound. Coool!!
fleas market: this is a favorite of my father in law. I wasnt very keen to go there. But I was surprised to see that they dont only sell old stuff, but have a lots of othe rstores with new articles, a mini circus, indoor restaurants, and little rides, (IF i remember correctly). Its a good place to buy cheap souvenirs!!
